VIKARO V.O.F. is a carrier based in Beverwijk (Noord-Holland), specialising in pallet transport within the Netherlands: shuttle, line-haul, warehouse-to-warehouse and express transport. We also carry oversized loads that don't fit on a standard pallet.
Our story
Experience that pays off on Dutch roads
We are a family-run transport company based in Beverwijk (Amsterdam / Schiphol region), founded by a married couple with a passion for logistics. Our road transport story began back in 2009 in Poland, where we learned the trade from the ground up. Since 2023 we have been successfully growing our local business and focus exclusively on the Dutch market. We offer reliable, express dedicated transport throughout the Netherlands.
What sets us apart is the owners' personal involvement at every stage of an order. We are not an anonymous corporation – we know transport inside out, both from the office and straight from the driver's cab.

Keeps the office running smoothly, plans the most efficient routes across the Netherlands, handles day-to-day contact with customers and takes care of all finance and administration. She is the operational brain of the company, making sure paperwork is flawless and deliveries always arrive on time.

On-site operations and cargo safety
A hands-on professional with many years behind the wheel. Drives the runs himself and supervises every loading and unloading in the Netherlands, so customers can be sure high-value goods are properly secured and the transport goes without surprises.

Certificate of Professional Competence
Makes sure every transport is carried out safely and fully in line with Dutch law. He holds the official Certificate of Professional Competence. Day to day he analyses and optimises our transport processes, oversees all formalities and licences (NIWO / ILT), keeps the vehicle in top condition and ensures the goods we carry are fully insured. As a responsible leader he gives the team expert support, oversees our load-securing procedures and reviews contracts with business customers, so our partners can be sure they work with a professional, fully legal and certified company.

Accounting, contracts and documentation
We have entrusted our finances, contracts and company documentation to a professional external accounting firm that has worked with us since our very first day in the Netherlands.
